I have a love/hate relationship with NEW clients. Hate it when they
call for an appointment, because I ALWAYS know there is a CHANCE that
they will NO SHOW.
I love it when they do show, because they always re-book.
Two new clients, two NO SHOWS. And they were PRIME TIME
appointments. You know those 4:00 and 5:00 appt.s that are booked
for 20 years in advance???Had a couple of cancellations from regulars
and stuck these newbies in there. Should start charging a deposit
for PRIME TIME appointments!!!!!!!!!!jeez.........diana from indiana
