I use the same program as Athena and Jess Hoel - Genbook. I decided I was tired of being no-showed so the last time it happened I spent hours researching it. It is a great solution for a one-person operation ($20 a month). The way I look at it, I only need half an appointment a month not to show up, and it pays for itself. I finally got over myself and realized I'm running a business, not a drop-in centre. It helps you to grow a backbone, if you need the help (like me). And yes Simmy, people ARE getting ruder and ruder!!
