Whenever I read an e-mail like this, I have to think really hard about where 
the tech is located because I am scared to death that this client will be 
calling ME next for an appt!  We need to add a "regional nail tech lookout 
warning" for these clients so we unsuspecting nail techs can be on the lookout! 
 Ohh.. I hope she doesn't call ME!

Call and left message on voice mail. Calls me back today and left an icy 
message to call her. 
She answers phone and I tell her I left a message. Swears that Comcast said it 
is not set up....hmmmmm  well I left a message then on a phantom VM. Whatever.
Told her that it is likely that the polish came off and maybe she should just 
find a color close to it since it would be not be cost effective to travel over 
thirty minutes to fix a polish chip on one nail.
She goes on to say that she just should have gotten the no chip color since she 
paid for it. (i only did two coats of base)
I reminded her that she did not want the color.
Then she said it was more than one nail. OMG...
I just said, well if you are in the area.....and left it hanging....
She barely said bye. 
Did I already say WHATEVER???
Thanks everyone for letting me vent.
No big deal... I lost two clients two weeks ago due to finances and gained four 
new ones. That one was a filler..lol
.
