one tip with chemo patients..they may have or get neuropathy, which affects the feet and hands.. One of the problems I had was it HURT the next day after getting a pedi ...because of the filing of the callouses. My friend was my nail tech and she wasn't filing too much or too hard...well obviously it was too much for me at the time..but anyway.. be cautious and very gentle on the feet during chemo.. it just does weird things to the body. It gets better over time or at least it did with me... I can get "normal" pedis now...
Lots of the medicines given cancer patients are drying. Try using a lotion with glycerin in it..it is supposed to help a lot. Pati 'Good friends are like stars...
