I use mostly Shellac, but I have a few other brands. I do exactly what Michelle said... remove, drench in Solar Oil, file, cuticle work, scrub and send them to wash, then Scrubfresh and reapply. That routine got rid of all of the white spot problems I was having... I do have to agree that I am not liking the fact that some clients have had some low down breakage lately. Especially the ones who have used no-chip like an artificial nail product since May. Not sure what to think/do about that.... :( Michelle Cordes, Owner/Licensed Nail Technician The Nail Spa in Silverdale, Washington "The spa for your hands and feet since 1997" www.michellecordes.com

We have had zero trouble removing Akzentz, Gelish and Shellac. We don't do any filing. Just soak for ten minutes, push gel off nail and drench w/ Solar Oil for a few minutes.
