Yup. Remove gel, apply oil, apply sunscreen (no flaming please),
file and shape, cuticle prep, remove oil with soapy nail brush,
cleanse nail plate with acetone and polish. Works like a charm.

Michelle,
Actually I do my steps just a little different. From years of acrylic
work and being taught to take down length FIRST, that is how I start
my eco So Quick color changes.
Take down length
Shape
File the top layer of the eco
Soak
Oil up
Scrub plate with eco Wipe - really scrub
Apply
I think taking down the length first also helps in the removal
because now the removal solution can penetrate from the free edge as
well as from the top down.
