Axxium is a Soak-Off gel not a UV Gel Polish.
There are 3 types of gels now:
Traditional Hard Gels - must be filed off
Soak-Off Gels - will soak off 20-40+ minutes
UV Gel Polish - soaks off in 5-10 minutes
