Pardon my premature send of the following message!

Kimberly,

I am in close contact with Square, those comments can often be from "trolls"
(people who send time writing negative reviews and lurking about with false
claims of bad service, etc.) whose sole purpose is to ruin reputations.

I have thoroughly researched Square and the service has been recommended by
the biggest tech blogs out there. Wired, BGR, Mashable etc.

I would not recommend something "Willy nilly", let alone use it myself, if I
hadn't.

I have also been on this board since it's inception and have met MANY of you
in person, so I think that can attest to my own reputation - I am taking
your comments personally.
