Absolutely there is such a product. LeChat has been making it for
years, marketing it as a "Gel Powder"
I know many who use powder sprinkled into uncured gel to added strength..
BUT..
I would imagine that many of the NSS are calling a glue & powder "gel
powder" - maybe actually topping it with a uv gel top..
