because it is a fancy place charging more than you do, you can not
assume it is clean and sanitary doing quality services. (notice I
mentioned nothing about the race or nationality of the owners or
technicians because that is not an indicator either)

I know many who use powder sprinkled into uncured gel to added strength..
BUT..
I would imagine that many of the NSS are calling a glue & powder
"gel powder" - maybe actually topping it with a uv gel top..
