That kind of language says, "I'm not intelligent enough to think of an
alternate word".. which also indicates they're not going to be intelligent
or mature enough to consider a polite request to stop.

I would apologize to your client and ask again, for the language to stop.
You could ask your clients to ask as well. In the mean time, keep looking
for another place to be.
