Hi Nail Friends, I need your help please. I have a loyal client whose first 2 fingers ,the tips point outward and she wants me to file them so they look straight. I use the cuticle area as a guide for filing and I clearly cant do that because they are tilted to the outside of the hand. She said something last time she was here and I want to please her but I am having difficulty doing this and brought out my nail book and it has one page on nail shape and that is it. I forgot how little Learned in school and how much I learned in real life.
