He actually did nothing more for this issue than thin out the nail
plate. Our first choice was to allow the nail to grow out past the
tip and see if that relived anything. File the one corner so it
wasn't as C'd, start acrylic or hard gel. This helped so much at
this point thats where we'll leave it. If it gets worse or pain
returns then we have to seriously discuss debidding (I think thats
the right word?)the nail along the nail fold at least on the one
side thats real bad.
