Ruth, I NEVER "cap" the edges on any gel I use. Seems futile to me, as when the client uses the nails, it will wear off anyway. This is evident when you polish the free edge and it is off by the next day. I never have problems with gel coming off the free edge, peeling or lifting. Does Scrubfresh have any oils in it?
