That is awesome that your coupon redeemers come back. I have not had that
happen at all. It drives me nuts.
I do not have that many time slots available, but I leave those open for my
standings who may want an extra service, like waxing or facials. I will take
a 10-15 minute Brazilian client in a heartbeat to fill an empty space!! Then
I have 45 minutes to take out the puppy or read. ;-)
