about 2 years ago I started using the Gaiam ball chair on Mindy's advice and I still love it! I tend to keep my feet tucked on top of regular task chair legs and that is real bad for your knees...I can NOT do this with the ball chair so it has helped my knees...also it is supposed to make your core stronger. It is very comfortable... I think mine was like 79.00 on their website...
