It was about $100 if I remember right. I loved it... kept me honest... you HAVE to sit straight with your feet flat on the floor or you will tip over! OH and here's a hint... don't start using it when you have a long day that day unless you have really good abs already! I got mine on a friday night and did a 10 hour day on saturday on it... and I could barely sit up on sunday morning! LOL! I have to sit in a regular chair now where I work, so I am sitting on my trusty ball chair right now at my home desk as I email you! :) It was totally TOTALLY worth the money... I miss it at work... It's made by Gaiam and you can get it off their website (www.Gaiam.com). I bought mine on eBay but even on the website it's not a whole lot of money (maybe around $100).
