The like box will not show to you since you are the Admin of the page, also it will not show to anyone who has already liked the page. If it is not doing anything for you, you need to ask yourself what you are doing to promote it? By having people be active on it is what opens the doors for new people to see it. You should post a status update each day, even if it is word of wisdom on how to take care of your nails. You should post pictures at least weekly. You can do a giveaway for a GC by asking people to LIKE the status and then get a second chance by commenting. You then ask them to share with their friends. People love free giveaways on FB.
