Yes, by all means get your stuff out immediately before you come to work & there's a pad lock on the shop! The problems are obviously too many to overcome & this shop is swirling the drain. No telling how far behind on rent & utilities this owner is!
Don't wait to move out of concern for the owner or guilt. Move today if you have not done so already! There's a reason the owner is avoiding your texts. She's busy taking care of herself and is not worried about you all.
