I don't remember what the brand is, just that they are pigments. The ones I got 
were at Michael's in the section where the paper crafts were with the embossing 
powders and things like that.  I've had mine for a couple of years though so 
Michael's may not have them any more.

Are you using 99% alcohol? Anything less has some oil in it and that could be 
part of your problem.
