Simmy, I'm using Akzentz on my client, and for the most part, follow the directions provided by Akzentz, since I am a fairly new gel user. (I use LE on myself, and again, follow those step by step instructions). After speaking with Darcy, she mentioned that it could be the fact that I am trying to add too much gel in an area, and it may not be curing correctly. I can defintely see myself doing this, as I would defintely do that with acrylic, so I'm going to take some notes. I figure this might be a way for me to troubleshoot.

It does happen with an acrylic client and myself and another with the gels. Thanks to all for your input. ~Debi Longo~ Love Simply. Love Generously. Care Deeply.
