Pocket lifting is almost always a bulb problem. Do you have good Phillips bulbs in there, less than 4 months old? The other thing it could be is a flexibility issue. I have a few clients whose nails scoop and are so flexible that I always use Options on them instead of hard Akzentz gel. It's far more flexible and is a great opportunity to give them what they need.
