I lisure his post Maggie! I'm in the same boat, I've been freaked out about hiring. But I haven't taken new Cleves in almost a year and have clients ask all the time if I will get someone in to help. I know they must make minimum wage no matter what (take their commission and divide it by the hours they were there), so building a client base for them quickly is important. Not sure I'm ready for all that. Lol. Anyone regret taking on employees?
