PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine-softened
1 pound Dipping Chocolate or powdered sugar.
In a mixing bowl stir together powdered sugar, creamy peanut butter, and butter till well combined. Shape candy into 1-inch balls; place the balls on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Let the balls stand about 20 minutes or til dry. Melt the dipping chocolate, dip the balls and let stand to dry or roll in powdered sugar. Store tightly covered in a cool, dry place.

Crunchy Vegetable Cheese Ball
1 c shredded carrots
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 oz (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
1 t minced onion
1 c finely chopped fresh broccoli
Shred carrots and press between paper towels to remove excess moisture; set aside. In large bowl blend cheeses and onion. Stir in carrots and broccoli, combine thoroughly. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Chill for at least 2 hours or over night. Shape mixture into a ball, cover with plastic wrap. Chill until it holds it's shape. Remove wrap and serve with assorted crackers.

Cranberry Salad
1 16 ounce can Jellied Cranberry Sauce
1 small package Cherry Jell-O
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
3 bananas
Melt Cranberry Sauce in pan. Add Jell-O and mix well. Add crushed pineapple, oranges, and bananas. Mix well and refrigerate until set.
