Orange Cookies
1 Box Orange Cake Mix
 
1/2 Cup cooking oil
2 Eggs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Empty cake mix into a large bowl. Add eggs and oil. Mix well until batter shows no lumps. Using teaspoon drop batter about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Cool before serving. Taste good with a glass of cold milk.

Claudine's Hash Brown Potato Casserole

1 (28 oz) package Ore-Ida® Potatoes O'Brian hash browns -- thawed
1/2 cup melted butter, (divided use)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pint heavy whipping cream, unwhipped
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
2 cups corn flakes, crushed

In a large bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of the melted butter, salt, pepper, onion, heavy cream, soup and cheese; blend thoroughly. Butter a 9x13x2 inch flat casserole dish and place thawed potatoes evenly in the bottom. Pour liquid mixture evenly over the potatoes. Mix the remaining 1/4 cup melted butter with the crushed cornflakes and sprinkle evenly over the top of the potato mixture. Bake at 350ºF. For 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until lightly browned.
