2002 Multicultural Fellowship Program The San Francisco Foundation's Multicultural Fellowship Program aims to increase diversity in the philanthropic and nonprofit sectors. The program provides young professionals of color with challenging work experiences and leadership opportunities in the areas of grantmaking and community building. The Fellowship includes an intensive curriculum and dynamic hands-on professional experience. This is a full-time two-year salaried position.
What you'll learn: As a program fellow you will serve on a multidisciplinary program team where you will be a contributing member of the Program Department and engage in the substantive work of the entire team and cross-team efforts within the Foundation. As a Fellow, you will learn to perform proposal review and analysis, participate in collaborative planning and implementation of joint projects throughout the organization. and participate in professional development trainings and seminars.
