| Just saw this post and agree with Glen. History of the "americas" is much oftened underlined in red. Under the banner of christiandom more blood was shed and inocent lives lost then any other part of the globe. Spain, England, France and the introduction of the U.S.A. all took part of this cleansing (eradication) of the people spicific to these lands and the reeducation of "civility" taught under a Christian forum or belief. I am not knocking Christians, but one wonders how they can close their eyes to the past and in pursuit of their beliefs not right the wrongs of the past. And also preach that it is better to confront the arrow then throw one back. Could it be they speak in two tongues? I was just sending a response to an e-mail I intercepted and decided to add some clarity. This person was sending a portion of the pledge of allegiance with the one nation under god highlighted to a friend on a public message board.I take it this person was implying a stand on a issue. I modified portions with my perspectives as follows and sent it to this person.. Began I pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one (World, Earth, People) UNDER (GOD, GREAT SPIRIT, FATHER SPIRIT, CREATOR, I'AM, ETC.) indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for all. End My comments There is but one Earth with many Nations occupied by one upright, intelligent speaking species called Human Being at this present time.
