This is an excellent introduction which conveys some of the legal and moral
issues in this case.
I've also set up a discussion forum for people to discuss Black Mesa. This
is not meant to replace the Black Mesa moderated list that Bob maintains,
but rather to complement it by allowing people to post their messages for
others to read. The URL for the discussion forums is:

There's a section for Black Mesa, as well as subsections for discussions of
contacts with government agencies, the UN, and corporations. I'm working on
tying this in with a page listing people to contact, so that people can
share their experiences and advice. My contact page is really rough and

I can also set up a private discussion forum if people feel that this would
be useful to them. The bulletin board is capable of sending email
notifications to people when new messages are posted, so you don't have to
remember to load it into your web browser to follow ongoing discussions.
