Anyway, only if it would be a good idea to use HEAD with modules. My case use was now only with nsssl so I was trying to "update to HEAD" every month or so. Also, if you are going to check install-ns. I try to use 1.16 version of tcllib (not 1.15) and it fails (404 error). I didn't check carefully but it you test.
