Ok Thanks! I'll check it out. I resolved it using hg pull / hg update 
but I'll test using install-ns.sh (amazing and very useful script ;-) ).

I tried tcllib 1.16 as they said in http://core.tcl.tk/tcllib/home but 
perhaphs they have change repositories. It seems to be that current 
download is not in sourceforge 
(http://core.tcl.tk/tcllib/wiki?name=Downloads) . Any way I did only to 
test.
