Dear Cesáreo

the new version of install-ns.sh on openacs.org allows now to use HEAD 
as well for the modules.

Concerning tcllib 1.16: There is no 1.16 on sourceforge
    http://sourceforge.net/projects/tcllib/files/tcllib/

Not sure, this is intentional, but i'll contact the tcl guys about this.
