Ideas:
Drill some holes in the castings and bolts to facilitate a better
introduction of penetrating oil. In other words, drill oil
journals; lubrication manifolds.
Use an electric vibrating engraving tool to apply vibration to
encourage the movement of the penetrant. (more effective and less
destructive than repetative tapping with a hammer)
Use compressed air to blow out penetrating oil, along with some
solids it may have absorbed. Reinsert oil and repeat, over and over
and over again.
Use an impact wrench (a series of intermitant sudden blows) instead
of applying steady torque when attempting to turn the bolts. This
may require you to grind/file the end of the bolts to accept a
(square) socket; or cutting slots to accept a flat blade driver.
Flush with plenty of fluids in an attempt to move away as much of
the disoved solids as possible.
[dangerous]Apply as much heat (from a torch) as can be used without
damaging the surrounding materials (remove gas and vapors first!).
Try to shrink the parts using ice or liquid nitrogen (beware of
material brittleness though).
Cut the bolts off, drill them out, cut them length-ways from the
inside-out (using a jig saw blade), and collapse them inward. Left
hand twist drills (operated in the opposite direction of standard
drills) may be helpful when drilling out a jammed bolt.
