Ron, I have almost never had a customer NOT willing to take the investment in time recommended by XP to create Customer Acceptance test, etc...
But when I do consulting for a large corporation, even at the department level, you wouldn't believe how negative they look at anything other then a meeting when something goes off-track. Is that your experience? Has anyone else had similar experiences? Should I not take a project unless I get the requirements XP considers vital to a successful project? Will I go broke if I do?
