I. Today's Internet Tip: Monitor Your Monitor If you are looking to upgrade your monitor, here are some tips to go by! 1) Buy at least a 17" monitor. Your eyes will thank you for it! 2) CRT is good; Flat-Panel is better (usually). Prices vary greatly between the two! 3) If you go for a CRT, make sure the screen is square (no curved edges). 4) Have many controls to customize what you like. 5) Do NOT buy a monitor with built in speakers. It's too expensive and the quality is not as good as a good computer speaker system. One side note, if you leave you computer on for long periods of time, such as doing downloads, and are not around, turn off your monitor.
