Looks like a nice Job on that machine. The Y axses gantry is very sturdy designed. However I could not help noticing that you have Left the entire length of your X table unsupported. This takes the advantage of the nice linear rails right out. A few slight changes about this would have made for a much stronger machine capable of machining aluminum plates. Maybe you don't need to have it stronger? Otherwise very clean work, probably one of the better machines out there.
