At any time, yup. I'd say my personal performance has varied to match what's expected. I've had some seriously rewarding high-points fer sure.
Lifers also tend to show up where the market is weak. I was in Wichita KS which had a couple good shops, but the aircraft business was so mercurial I stayed out of it. Where I am now there are not really many other choices. We'd see a lot more turnover with more local options.
