I think the Pacific rim countries are covered by the tsunami warning system developed in the 1950's, but once you get around the corner from that ocean -the systems for monitoring, reporting, and coordinating seem to be weak or non-existent Ciao, Brad Altemeyer H16, Gcat5.0
