Wrong. Ever since Adam and Eve was bouncing around, there has been government. Keep in mind what God said about the apple tree. They could do anything else, but they still had A restriction. No munching on the fruit from the tree. Or....? Or else WHAT?
If you look into the finer details of what can be considered government, you'll soon realize that even an anarchist family is a form of government. Government=to govern, am I wrong on that?
