My husband and I purchased a 1974 International Land Yacht (31 feet)
this past summer and have dreams of placing it in a campground near
Franklin North Carolina. I have a guy who does most of my repairs
and renovations on our investment properties. I have several
questions if anyone may be able to help.

1. The Bath is in the rear and I would like to use a full size tub ,
it fits fine, but will the weight be a problem if the tub is full?
What type of water heater would be best? I thought about an Atwood 6
gal electric + gas, but will this produce enough hot water? A Rheem
20gal?

2. I have special ordered cabinets for the kitchen, they are heavier
than what is currently there. Again I'm thinking about weight, could
they be too heavy, or do both sides just need to be balanced? Is
there a maximum for weight that can be in an Airstream. Well, I'm
sure there is a limit but does anyone have any guide lines for
weight?

3. Here's another one. We have twin beds in the middle has anyone
ever turned that into a king space, I was thinking about stacking 2
twins on top of each other and then flipping one mattress down at
night for a king space and flipping it up during the day for a twin.
Or maybe a trundle, but I think the tires would get int the way. Any
ideas?

Thanks so much.
