Adam, you must live a very idyllic life. Maybe you don't have kids. Anyways, 
show the a home with radius server and I will show you a home that is not 
anywhere in my immediate family, nor my extended family. I'm guessing the 99% 
of americans can't spell radius let alone propery configure a radius server to 
really do what you are asking for,
