There is a nice re-write of the Elesta article in the "Elesta AG „technische mitteilungen“ Nr. 17 Februar 1961" here: http://www.radiomuseum.org/forum/die_dekadenzaehlroehre_ez10b.html and by using Google Translate you can get a quite good translation into English. It is not a datasheet but some interresting information and reading for anyone who wants to learn more about the EZ10B tube.
