I am in the middle of building a 6 digit clock using TTL, perforated board and wire wrap. Reliving my school days when I was 17, being 56 now. I am also looking for a quick way of building a ‘modern’ version, pcb and pic and came across an offering on ebay http://shop.ebay.co.uk/vaidaspaliokas/m.html Firstly the schematic seemed familiar, can anyone point me where I may have seen it? Secondly the driver – transistor/resistor has been replaced with opto isolator. I contacted the seller so no longer does the schematic match the actual product. Lastly, when I first looked the seller had a low feedback and no transactions in the last year, now it has jumped. Anyone had any dealings with him or any thoughts. The pcb and pic would suit me and the cost is OK, just a bit wary
