I believe that the Burroughs figure is the more realistic of the two,
but still conservative. It's likely that Burroughs was not forthcoming
to ITT when asked how the figure was determined, so ITT chose to be
even more conservative (perhaps approaching the point of ridiciulous)
with their own figure.
