Sorry - they had to be returned to the vendor as proof to get new tubes sent - he was dreadful at packing the tubes - never did it properly - I estimate that at least 10% of all the 7971s he shipped (it was a couple of 1000) broke, i.e. at least 200 were destroyed by laziness.
