Its just not worth the effort and stress, and as mentioned elsewherw you can di everything right and still get stuck wheter from malice or incompetence. Add to that when these "missing" parcels never come back indicating they were delivered or destroyed: Not once has a German customer admitted that they eventually got their package leading me to believe that its not just the customs drones that are the a holes.
