Based on prior experience (and I think we discussed this earlier in the NixieBase thread) we should use our own site for this. Group hosts simply can't be trusted. All files should be free and clear if for no other reason than that password-protected, "secure" pdf files are NOT secure. There are apps that can decrypt them.
