The module is almost identical to the module described in the Catalog No. 808 for the round Nimo, the difference being that it has the extra SN7475N "latch", most probably used for multiplexed driving. And if you squint with your eyes you can make out three Fairchild IC's with 9112 and 9301 just visible.
