Thanks Martin , will consider the information below.
Robert please let us know if Patrick provided any other information/ documentation when you got the module, or maybe you have managed to track any information regarding the purpose of that module Thanks in advance You can still buy 9112 and 9301 on eBay but using modern TTL like 7406 (30V Open collector inverter) with a 12k pullup to +12V on the output (like the construction of the 9112) with a 7442 would probably work just as well.

Actually I got it from Udo Radke, german collector, his (homemade)design...I wish I had one from TFK or IEE.. I asked in the past for some good photos of that board too... it would be nice to replicate it
Is it a home-built testing unit or something that Telefunke/IEE designed?
I had a look at some photos Robert sent me and found that the circuit board consists of two (2) Fairchild 9112(59) "High Voltage Hex Inverter", one Fairchild
9301(59) "MSI 1 of 10 Decoder" and the SN7475N "4-BIT BISTABLE LATCHES" and some resistors and possibly a 5.1V Zener to supply the SN7475N and Fairchild 9301 with 5V as the two 9112 uses somewhere between 12-20V to interface to the NIMO.

I have a testing module for the xm1000 If you " throw it" across Atlantic , I might be able to test it for you ☺️ No unfortunately
