the legs do come off. I was planning on taking them off and resting
the board on some wood/

between modules and motherboards inside. I can't remember if the
legs / side panels come off, but if they do you should probably
take them off. If they don't, it would be a good idea to put a
piece of 2 x 4 or similar between the front part of the legs to
relieve any stress there.
