It seems there is a neotek supply on ebay at the moment. Looks like a
similar vintage to that console. May be worth considering. I have no
affiliation with the seller.

The "good news" is that at only 16 channels, it should work ok with
the "smaller" Neotek power supply; these come up now and then for not
too much (start to look on ebay, Craigs list, etc.) and could be
modified to provide the -25VDC for the logic. All the other rails are
present and should be of sufficient current. There may even be a list
member that has one available.
